We pack our concentrated juices into:

  • 220L Aseptic metal canister
  • We pack in 10L cubes
  • Isothermal tank

Cremogenates

Cremogenate is the result and alimentary technique used in Riverbend to denominate the puré of fruit of summer, such as peach, pear and apple among others. According to the Spanish Technical-Sanitary Regulation of juices of citrus fruits and of other similar products destined to the (RD 1050/2003), fruit purée is “the product susceptible to fermentation, but not fermented, obtained by sifting the edible part of whole or peeled fruits without eliminating the juice”.

Purees are made from sound and ripe fruit. Cold processed fruit has a very good colour and consistency. Can be used to produce jam, fruit bases and beverages. In our chilled Tank Farm we can storage the purees and deliver spread over the year. Murcia is well-known for the yellow peaches and apricots, which are highly appreciated for baby food.

Cells

This product is obtained by physical separation from the juice and cleaned. We can deliver frozen or aseptic. Is used in fruit compounds and in the beverage industry.
