Each batch maintains controlled organoleptic and physicochemical parameters. Our goal is not for the product to “resemble” the previous one, but to maintain high quality standards during its manufacture or production.
2 – Intensity and measurable pureness
We work with comprehensive analytical profiles: chromatography, limonene content, aldehydes, terpenes, oxidation index, aromatic stability for essential oils, but we also measure brix, acidity, ratio and pulp content for our juices and concentrates in order to guarantee with measurable and verifiable data that our products are exceptional.
3 – Optimization of the formulation
Our colleagues in the quality department are constantly researching, developing and updating processes in the manufacture of our products to offer the highest quality in a highly demanding and competitive market.
5 – High-quality products
We do not offer ‘standard lemon or orange’; we offer citrus products of the highest quality, specialised for each sector: clouding agents, concentrated and NFC juices, clarified juices, essences, aromas, etc.
